Arrival: I recommend you arrive on time for your appointment. In the event that you are late for your appointment I will be happy to provide the remaining treatment time by shortening the treatment or offering an alternative treatment.
Cancellation and non-arrival policy: As a courtesy to myself and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation prior to your appointment. Failure to do this may incur a cancellation charge of 50% of your treatment cost. This is due to the fact that time has been set aside exclusively for you.
Reservations and deposits: All treatments above 3 hours may require a 50% deposit fee upon reservation to confirm and secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
Refund and exchange policy: I am happy to refund any product returned unopened, in its original condition for up to 7 days upon purchase. Products may be exchanged for up to 28 days following purchase for an item of equal or greater value.
Gift vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and amounts, and can be used for treatments and products. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Children: Unfortunately, I do not have the facilities to accommodate children under 16 years of age.
Mobile phones: Mobile phones should be switched off within the treatment area.
Lunch: Lunch can be provided upon request.
Parties: I can accommodate group bookings, whether it be a hen party, girly treat or birthday party. Please let me know well in advance so I can book the salon out for you and your group. Complimentary champagne and strawberries can be
provided.
Special occasions: Gift vouchers are available for all occasions. Call in and treat that special someone today. A special greeting card can be purchased too.
Pamper packages: Pamper packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.
