Yes, gift vouchers are available for all treatments, products and amounts. They are valid for 6 months, and are non-refundable and non-transferable. A special greeting card can be purchased too.

Yes, pamper packages are available and can be tailored to your individual requirements.

Yes, I can accommodate group bookings, whether for a hen party, girly treat or birthday party. Please let me know well in advance so I can book the salon out for you and your group. Complimentary champagne and strawberries can also be provided.

I recommend you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late I will be happy to provide the remaining treatment time by shortening the treatment or offering an alternative treatment

All hair removal should be carried out one day prior to tanning. Do not apply any deodorant or creams before tanning. It is important to wear dark loose fitted cloths after tanning. Open toe sandals are also recommended.

I recommend that you bring open toe sandals to wear after your pedicure.

Yes, a patch test is required 24 hours before your tinting appointment.

Yes, I offer a free skin consultation so that I can advise you on the best treatments for your skin care concerns.

Environ is a range of treatments and products that are scientifically formulated to improve the health and condition of your skin. They use vitamin A and other anti-oxidants to combat a wide range of skin concerns and create visibly improved skin.

Cosmetics products can’t penetrate the epidermis (the top layer of your skin) to access the deeper levels of your skin. While they may refresh your complexion for a few hours, they can’t deliver structural changes or long-term results.

Cosmeceuticals (such as Environ products) contain active ingredients that are scientifically proven to penetrate into the skin and make noticeable, structural changes at a cellular level.

All treatments above 3 hours may require a 50% deposit upon reservation to confirm and secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost.

I am happy to refund any product returned unopened, in its original condition, for up to 7 days after purchase. Products may be exchanged for up to 28 days after purchase for an item of equal or greater value.

As a courtesy to myself and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation prior to your appointment. Failure to do this may incur a cancellation charge of 50% of your treatment cost. This is due to the fact that time has been set aside exclusively for you.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the facilities to accommodate children under 16 years of age.
